Megan has always been passionate about supporting small businesses, believing they’re the true heart of any community. Through various roles and college courses, she discovered her strengths in creative thinking, spotting trends, and—most importantly—connecting with people.

After working in employee-owned, family-run, and corporate settings, Megan realized her true passion was helping small business owners who care deeply about their products, services, and the impact they have on their communities. She believes great businesses are built by hardworking people who value their customers and employees.

A magna cum laude graduate from Arizona State University, Megan honed her skills in entrepreneurship, business management, and marketing. She also earned a Social Media Marketing certification to better support her clients. Megan’s work is fueled by her belief that the best companies grow through meaningful connections and a love for what they do.

When she's not working, Megan enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart, Jake, their basset hound, Henry, and their cat, Brian. She’s an avid reader and enjoys true crime documentaries.
